Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Researcher to drive
customer-centric research projects and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth user research activities to gather insights into
user behaviors and needs
Develop user personas and journey maps to support product
development
Integrate iterative testing and feedback loops within the agile
development process
Required Qualifications
8+ years of mixed methods research experience
Proficient in a variety of research methods, including interviews,
surveys, and usability testing
Ability to ground research priorities in business objectives to
drive value
Experience in mentoring and coaching junior researchers
Proactive in identifying research opportunities and collaborating
cross-functionally
