Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property & Casualty Claims
Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the claims adjusting team, ensuring proper review and
resolution of property, auto, and liability claims
Manage relationships with outside investigative service providers
and clients to advance claims to conclusion
Approve Loss Reports and ensure accurate reserves and settlement
recommendations are communicated
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related
field preferred
At least two years of Automobile Supervision experience
required
Knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices, and
techniques
Must possess a NYS Adjuster License or be willing to obtain one
Two years of experience in auto and general liability casualty
claims or equivalent combination of education and experience
