Interact with customers via Intercom and phone to address queries
and provide excellent service
Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams to enhance
customer experience
Provide feedback to Team Leads on customer queries and seek ways to
improve service
Required Qualifications
Experience in a contact center environment
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with Intercom
Interest in savings and investments
