dress environment.What You'll Be Doing:As the Solutions & Value
Consultant, you will lead and execute industry focused,
consultative and value added software sales engagements through
productive business relationships with customers and prospects, and
other respected industry leaders and 3rd parties. You will develop
financially quantified value propositions specific to a customer or
prospect. You will represent thought leadership of customers' and
industry business needs and processes, and how Supplyframe improves
customers business strategically, operationally and financially.
You will lead the development and maintenance of ongoing business
relationships beyond the Company's customer base into the wider
industry arena to facilitate future software sales.You will work on
strategic assignments that require the highest impact on the
design/selling process. You will provide market level insights and
feedback to internal Supplyframe cross-functional teams & support
the Marketing team with content, event participation, product, and
market guidance.Software Sales Opportunity Support:
- Individual Solutions Consulting lead for sales
engagements.
- Lead and execute consultative sales engagements using available
methods & tools to assess a prospect's business condition and
recommend appropriate courses of action.
- Be fully versed in all Supplyframe products and leverage
appropriate opportunities to create additional customer value and
expand scope.
- As an integral part of the Supplyframe and the wider Siemens
pursuit teams. Organize appropriate SME's and resources with the
goal of driving maximum business value for our collective
customers.Business Case & Value Proposition Management:
- Build trusted advisor status by communicating knowledgeable
with the customer around business challenges, industry trends,
competitor landscapes and wider interfaces, through the delivery of
thought leadership, and speaking with authority, articulating
Supplyframe's vision and point of view on Design-to-Source
Intelligence (DSI) Solutions adoption to deliver competitive
advantage.
- Work with customers to understand their business strategy.
Development of a high-level customer vision and project roadmap
that resolves identified business challenges. Leverage DSI
technology as a business enabler and source of competitive
advantage.
- Lead the development and presentation of financially
quantified, business linked value propositions specific to a
customer or prospect in sales opportunities.
- Curate and document use cases related to DSI capabilities, with
a focus on relevant industry verticals Supplyframe serves.
- Support the development of value calculators in order quantity
business benefits.
- Support the development of customer maturity models.Solution
Delivery Support:
- Engage the Customer Success team early to ensure successful
hand-over and transition of customer roadmaps, project delivery
plans and other planned events.
- Complete internal project delivery templates and other relevant
customer information.
- Facilitate appropriate customer introductions to help
professional services teams deliver a successful implementation,
and ensure that relevant customer stakeholder information and
strategies are transferred.Marketing Support:
- Develop and deliver solution domain value presentations to
communicate DSI capabilities via internal and external Awareness
and Marketing Events. Examples include Conferences, Customer Days,
Road shows, User Conferences, Product Launches, Speaking
engagements, etc.
- Support marketing collateral needs. Examples include blog
posts, website edits, white papers, ebooks, brochures.Knowledge
Sharing:
- Be the DSI product and industry subject matter expert for both
Supplyframe and Siemens.
- Communicate sales, presales and customers' needs to other
internal organizations such as operations management, product
development and marketing.
- Define and develop business potential plans of new markets
and/or new solutions, build and continuous improvement of customer
engagement models, business cases, quantified value propositions,
supporting DSI solution vision proof points, and other presales
tools, to address new markets and/or solutions to address DSI
opportunities in these markets.
- Own the improvement and expert usage of pre-sales tools and
methods for an industry segment within specific country or zone
operations, as part of a global practice.Who/What We Are Looking
For:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or 5+ years of
equivalent work experience.
- You can tailor communication to the customer's needs with
authority; you can effectively deliver presentations with strong
verbal and written communication skills.
- You have interpersonal influence; you use rational and
emotional drivers that appeal to customers to comfortably drive to
desired outcomes.
- You take ownership and initiative to achieve results; you are
independent and self-directed.
- You have proficiency with personal and project productivity
tools including MS Office and MS Project.
- You have a strong technical background and a deep knowledge of
the electronics market and supply chain strategy, tactics, and
operations.Preferred, But Not Required:
- You have 5+ years of electronics industry supply chain
experience.
- You have Value Engineering (execution and/or management)
experience.
- You have SaaS based enterprise software pre-sales
experience.
- You possess a strong consulting and sales background.
- You are familiar with the tactical approach of the Challenger
