West Coast delivery team in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates using Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn, and
referrals
Screen and shortlist candidates through resume reviews and
interviews
Manage the recruitment process by presenting qualified candidates
to hiring managers
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to manage a fast-paced workload and fill multiple
roles simultaneously
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment
tools
Ambitious mindset with a history of achieving or exceeding
goals
