Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispatcher I (FleetNet) to manage
fleet operations logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and gather customer requirements
accurately
Ensure timely updates and communication with customers regarding
event status
Collaborate with the roadside dispatcher to resolve issues and
manage time effectively
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related
experience
Strong customer service experience
Preferred degree in a related discipline or relevant industry
experience
Availability for second, third, and weekend shifts
Ability to clear a pre-employment drug test
