Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reinstatement Analyst to manage
reinstatement inquiries and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Determine reinstatement requirements and ensure accurate policy
updates in systems
Review and address suspense items in a timely manner while
maintaining documentation
Handle customer and advisor inquiries and transactions within
established standards
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service or transaction processing
experience
Knowledge of product features and transaction processing
Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
Compliance with regulatory agency guidelines (FINRA, SEC, State
Insurance Department)
