Analyst II focused on Quality Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights for
clinical and operational leaders
Collect, aggregate, and analyze data to produce reports identifying
key performance indicators and areas of opportunity
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support
overall business strategy and outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, business
intelligence, or related fields
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, healthcare management,
or a related field
Ability to lead and support cross-functional team projects
Experience in managing shifting business priorities and demands
