a Pension Field Service Representative, you will be the liaison
between varied stakeholders. Your focus, as a trained expert in the
benefits provided through NWA, will be to provide communication and
education to participants. * Conduct individual and small group
meetings to answer participant questions* Actively participate in
resolving participant issues, working collaboratively with internal
and external partners* Provide appropriate documentation and
communication (both verbal and written) as required** This position
currently works from home but may be recalled back to the office at

Comfortable with technology, experienced with MS Office Suite*
**Educated**. Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of

organizational and time management skills, with the ability to
multi-task* **Travel.** Ability to travel, frequently requiring air
