Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share for the company.
--- Maintain relationships with existing clients and find new prospects to increase sales.
--- Manage the sales and marketing team to ensure goals are met.
--- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to determine marketing and sales objectives.
--- Create effective sales and marketing materials to help market products and promote brand awareness.

Qualifications:
--- Preferable but not Necessary, 1+ years of successful experience in a sales and marketing role.
--- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
--- Professional certifications or licenses in insurance are a plus, Not Necessary.
--- High level of motivation and resilience to overcome challenges.
--- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
