Regional Sales Director Department: Business Development / Sales

office to startThe Regional Sales Director manages a team of 5-7
quota carrying outside sales professionals who create, identify and
close sales within a specific geographical region or set of named
accounts. As the leader who represents KBKG and drives the top line
revenue, the Director of Sales should have the ability to increase
the productivity of the team through skill development, adherence
to activity standards, providing inspiration, rapid conflict
resolution and building a highly empowered, collaborative sales
culture.Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of 5-7 Account Director or Account
Executives (Outside Sales Representatives)
- Ensure direct reports meet or exceed all quarterly and annual
sales quotas
- Provide guidance, coaching and development opportunities
appropriate to each direct report's individual needs (Virtually and
in the field).
- Ensure each direct report fully understands KBKG's sales
process
- Conduct weekly one on one meetings with direct reports
- Perform all necessary management functions, including hiring,
evaluations, goal setting, and disciplinary action as
required.
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of
named accounts
- Work closely with Managing Director and collaborate with
Regional Leaders to ensure company processes and standards of
performance are understood and implemented
- Review and report Team's key performance indicators (KPIs) and
business objectives while using data to identify trends and
recommend corrective action plans as necessary
- Holding each BD accountable for inputting all activities and
notes in CRM system
- Responsible for regional sales strategy, execution, and P&L
results
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our
internal CRM system and provide weekly updates to Sales
Leadership
- Mastery of KBKG services: 179D, R&D Tax Credits, Cost
Segregation, 45L, and Transfer Pricing
- Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via
networking, associations, etc.Requirements
- 5+ years of outside sales management (front line)
experience
- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- Performance management experience
- Proven capability to lead, guide and/or handle change with
executives across functions
- Strong leaderships skills and a team coach in a fast pace,
rapid change environment
- Experience in leading a consultative sale process
- Experience selling to C-Suite executives
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com
- Up to 40% travel (most direct reports are in other
offices)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Channel Sales experience a plus
- Tax Incentive knowledge a plus
- Salary + bonus is 200-225 depending on experienceBenefitsWe are
