Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Sales & Operational
Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain the demand & supply planning model while
iterating on assumptions and analysis
Drive cross-functional alignment around forecasts and oversee
production & inbound plans across multiple manufacturers and
distribution centers
Optimize inventory positions and lead weekly inventory planning
processes, collaborating with Procurement and Supply Chain
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, demand
planning, or related roles
Proficiency in demand planning tools and inventory management
systems
Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
Strong organizational skills with a focus on process
development
Degree in Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering,
Finance, or a math-related field is a plus
