Job Description:
A company is looking for a Laboratory Customer Service
Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between the laboratory and caregivers, providing
support and exceptional customer service
Handles inbound calls and manages patient test results and
inquiries regarding laboratory services
Maintains professionalism and accuracy while escalating complex
situations as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree required, or equivalent experience in lab or
customer service
One year of customer service or call center experience required
Experience in a laboratory or laboratory support preferred
Ability to work in a stressful and rapidly changing environment
Basic computer skills and ability to type 35 wpm
