Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Automotive Sales & Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities

Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address inquiries and concerns
Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues, escalating when necessary
Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Required Qualifications

Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
6 months of customer service experience preferred
Must be over 18 years of age
High School Graduate or GED
Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to type 25 wpm
