Trainees to join our leadership development program for the

communication skills Role Requirements for a Management Trainee
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required with
equivalent experience. 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer
service, or a collaborative role showcasing leadership potential
and performance consistency. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced
environments while maintaining a strong work ethic and
results-driven mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and
interpersonal skills with a knack for motivating and inspiring
peers. Proactive problem-solver who remains composed and
resourceful when addressing customer or operational challenges.
Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple
priorities while leading by example. Passion for continuous
learning and professional growth, with a genuine interest in
leadership development. Must be 18 years or older and legally
authorized to work in the U.S.; proficient in using mobile tech and
CRM platforms.
