Job Description:
Putzmeister is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional
Sales Manager to join our esteemed team, focusing on the
construction sector. This role is pivotal in driving the sales of
our high-quality pumping, mixing, and placing equipment used for
concrete, mortar, and other high-density materials. The individual
will be instrumental in not only meeting but exceeding sales
targets in their designated region, while strategically expanding
our market presence and reinforcing Putzmeisters reputation as a
leader in the industry. Develop and implement effective sales
strategies to achieve or exceed regional sales targets. Manage and
grow relationships with existing customers, while aggressively
pursuing opportunities with new clients. Conduct market analysis to
identify challenges and opportunities for growth. Provide detailed
and accurate sales forecasts to the senior management team.
Coordinate with the marketing department to align sales strategies
with marketing initiatives. Lead, mentor, and manage a regional
sales team, setting financial and performance goals. Participate in
industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to bolster
Putzmeister’s market presence. Ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction and loyalty by understanding client needs and
providing tailored solutions. Proven ability in strategic sales
planning and execution. Strong leadership capabilities with a knack
for team building and motivation. Exceptional negotiation and
communication skills. Deep understanding of the construction
industry, especially related to equipment and machinery. Ability to
work under pressure, plan personal sales strategy and manage time

preferred. Training and certification in CRM software like
Salesforce.
