Job Description:
State Farm, a leading insurer recognized for exceptional auto,
home, and life insurance services since 1922, is looking for a
dedicated Insurance Account Representative to join our team. This
role focuses on nurturing client relationships, ensuring
satisfaction and loyalty by providing tailored insurance solutions
that meet their individual needs. The ideal candidate should be
adept at managing a wide range of customer interactions and
committed to enhancing our brand's reputation through exceptional
service. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and
customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold
calling and handle inbound customer service inquiries. Present,
promote, and sell insurance products using solid arguments to
existing and prospective customers. Expedite the resolution of
customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve
agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Analyze the
territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems,
interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
and services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. High
level of integrity and professionalism. Proficient in maintaining
detailed customer service records and preparing sales reports.
Experience with CRM software and MS Office. 401k State-specific
insurance sales license required. Certified Insurance Service
Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification is a plus.
