Education and Professional Knowledge: - High school diploma/G.E.D required - Must be actively enrolled and in good standing with a regional apprenticeship program Experience: - 00-02 years related experience Knowledge and Skills Requirements: - Required to apply entry level working knowledge of technical field/area of specialization. Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts, and proposes a course of action. Performs entry level shop floor competencies. Supervision Given and Received: - Works under guidance from an assigned mentor and direct supervision, will receive detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Problem Solving: - May require some limited judgement in resolving problems. Contacts/Cooperation: - Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, mentor and peers.
