Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Strategic Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and leadership development of the
Strategic Account Executive team
Drive execution of Protect, Expand, and Grow strategies, focusing
on cross-selling opportunities
Serve as a liaison between the Strategic Account Executives and VP
Account Management to ensure effective customer experiences
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in hospital & pharmacy IT, with a
minimum of 3 years in 340B involvement
Minimum of 5 years in employee leadership, including coaching
responsibilities
Strong knowledge of the healthcare environment and the 340B
Program
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Information
Management, Healthcare Information, Computing, Mathematics,
Statistics, or equivalent experience
340B Apexus Certified Expert certification or ability to obtain
within one year of hire
