The successful candidate will play an integral role in executing business goals and objectives for profitable, sustainable growth. This includes implementing key business initiatives including lean manufacturing and building high-performance teams. The right candidate should be an impact player with a proven track record of accomplishments, understand the business implications of decisions, and display an orientation toward profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Complete leadership responsibility for performance and overall development of business unit
• Manage the operations with a result driven framework focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals
• Empower teams with a managerial style that is collaborative, inclusive and balanced in approach to achieve commitments
• Plan and direct the manufacturing operations at the lowest cost consistent with established operating metrics/goals
• Integrate manufacturing, materials and maintenance functions ensuring processes result in high quality throughput
• Lead efforts to continuously improve the division's competitive position resulting in reduced turn time and costRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
  • 10+ years in Manufacturing Operations management
  • Prior P&L responsibility for aerospace supplier operationsTotal Compensation:
